Your Policy will be a householders "Comprehensive" Policy and will include damage to your buildings and contents by:

  • Burst Pipes
  • Storm/Flood
  • Leakage of Oil
  • Impact by Vehicles
  • Malicious damage and vandalism
  • Theft
  • Subsidence
  • Falling Trees/Branches
  • Collapse of radio/television aerials and satellite dishes
Your Policy will also include cover for:
  • Public Liability
  • Breakage of Fixed Glass, Ceramic Hobs and Sanitary ware
  • Site Clearance and Building Fees
  • Door Lock replacement following break-in
  • Liability to Domestic Employees
  • Fire Brigade attendance charges
  • Cost of alternative accommodation following insured damage
  • Accidental damage to TV's/Audios/Video/home computers whilst in the house
  • Accidental damage to underground pipes and cables
  • Loss or Damage to Food in a Freezer
